Again i agree, but i am comparing the two on an average. A person with good taste in music would be able to put on a decent DJ gig in a short amount of time in using most DJ mediums. A Dj's equipment is for the most part used in everyday life by most people. Heck you can use your ipod and really keep an audience happy with a choice playlist, not fun to watch but they know exactly what you are doing.

Dont get me wrong, i know a lot of people appreciate the process and implementation of a live electronic show, and even a creative and technical DJ set. I just feel that one is much more accessible to you average person then the other.
