It is an example of uninnovation.

Thanks to DRM it is harder to choose the device where music would play.

DRM is not there to help or better the experience of those that consume it.

-- not to mention extreme scenarios (MS buys Apple, shuts down iTunes...)

I thought the video example was horrible.  Seriously.  How is a consumer
shored into a corner with the given example?  Am i missing something?
