Please note that the figure of Nazi symbols in the UK is not prohibited.
This
means that the sole use of images with Swastikas and Hitler is not reason
enough to be banned.

Last.fm <http://last.fm/> is politically neutral, and within certain limits,
these users and
groups are tolerated, to the extent that they are not generally mischief,
harass other users, or force their political views in public areas of the
site. In such cases, action will be taken to warn / ban the respective
users.

Where avatars are concerned, we remove only those who violate our Terms &
Conditions, Libelous, defamatory, offensive or illegal images. As mentioned,
the image of a swastika by itself is not illegal.
