Re: [microsound] microspace project

i don't know if i see a significant difference between getting a podcast player to work and getting a bit torrent client to work (i can't use torrent ports at work anyway), but i do like the idea of m3u files! the RSS format works great for me personally.

ok- this is nice. but, as we've heard, not every player is compatible
with this. and not every musician wants to figure out how to make it
work. [btw, you can use an RSS feed reader for this too, that's what a
podcast is anyway ...]

i thought it would be nice to have an m3u file [with the URLs (<link>)
of individual items]. also, one thing i've been mulling over for a
while is torrent files. it would be great to take all the music, zip
it up, and serve it over the bittorrent network. one archive for each
project.

distribution, baby!

and, do we have any volunteers to make a website front page for the project?
