Re: [microsound] sound art / music

can a sound artist perform or play some sound in art gallery?
or can a sound artist record and hand out her/his sounds?
or can a sound artist be a musician, also?
is there music in an art gallery without a performer?
Can we listen a music without a performer in an art gallery?
a musician also act or perform on the stage, so we can call her/him as
a performer, right?
