thanks for that post!

i almost totally forgot about that sound.... especially when the tires go
over the metal grills of a drawbridge... like the woodrow wilson bridge
outside of DC...

i have wanted to capture that sound for years but at the same time i like
the special-ness of only hearing it while en route to somewhere in maryland
and beyond.
