Advice on good monitors needed, delete if you want content....

.......my apologies to those who do (on those lists where this is an
issue), and my thanks for any advice.

I'm going to buy some monitors tomorrow, and I would like some opinions
on a good buy for about $600-$800 that can handle the extreme high and
low ends which characterize our particular strain of musical delirium.
I'm running Logic Plat. and Reaktor on a G3, currently w/o a sound card,
just the AV. outs, if that info. is of any importance. If any body has
some good advice I would greatly appreciate it.
