microsound videos (plug warning...)

on the subject of videos of microsound music...

those familiar with shuttle358, on my 12k label, will be happy to
know that there is a new cd coming in november called "frame".. in
addition to the 10 tracks on the cd there will be a quicktime version
of a video that dan shot and produced for the title track of the cd...

there will also be a high resolution version available on a limited
(50) run of VHS tapes.

visually, i think "frame" is stunning. it's a lot of moving, roadside
and train-side imagery.. very washed out to the point that roadside
objects become abstract forms and shapes.. and the washed-out white
dominates the color palatte with hues of blues and yellows.. it's
really quite a nice visual accompanyment to dan's music.
