NYC show 9/1: Dean Roberts

well, it's not exactly microsound per se, but for NYC fans of Dean Roberts' 
Ritornell release, he'll be performing much of the same material tomorrow 
night (9/1) at Tonic at 8 PM, with Tim Barnes and Matt Valentine, who also 
appear on the Ritornell release, and Alan Licht. plus, for the same price, 
you also get to see Loren Mazzacane's quartet, Haunted House. more info at

and for non-NYC residents who are interested in hearing this band, they're 
playing Stork's show on WFMU on Sunday night, around 7 PM EST. you can hear 
it over the web at wfmu.org.

Dean and Tim also plan to record the follow-up to And The Black Moths... this 
month, for release on Ritornell at the end of this year or in early 2001.
