....funny thing is that Mille Plateaux was apparently meant as a kind of
"pop-philosophy", and D&G really hoped the kids (OK, teens) would be able to
connect with it in some way or another. Haven´t read the whole thing, yet, but
so far I would agree with Sean re. heady: if this is pop then pop has been
redefined according to criteria I would know very little about. It certainly
isn´t Britney.

(on the other hand, D&G sure have become pop(ular) as of late, so they haven´t
been way off, I guess).
