Madonna has married director Guy Ritchie, in a private ceremony on
Friday in Skibo Castle in Dornoch, Scotland. The official word came from
Church of Scotland minister Susan Brown, speaking to reporters outside
her home, according to a report by Reuters.CNN estimates that close to
1,000 reporters descended on Skibo Castle to cover the event. The news
outlet reported that a string of high-profile guests (including Sting,
Gwyneth Paltrow and Stella McCartney) joined the couple at Skibo Castle
on Friday afternoon.
