that falls under the 'playing back a datafile' usage

even with electronics knowhow I don't see how this would accomplish much
except for a dead computer and possibly a dead you.  A computer is not an
SK-1 or a speak&spell, its not operated with batteries, circuit-bending it
would be dangerous and probably pointless.

that falls under the 'triggering' and 'rendering' usage

no, that would be lumped under triggering.

now you're grasping, but again that would be triggering.. particularly novel
triggering though, lets hope somebody is impressed

yep.  there are a lot of ways to use a computer, but they will all fall
under a few broad definitions.
