just curious if there is anyone involved in hacking any of the current game
engines to create a microsound environment? I saw Delire and Martin Ng
perform at the Waveform Conf (Sydney, Australia) on a game engine and was
very very exciting...
used one called wild tangent (pc_only) .. pretty powerful especially if you
know yr java/c++ programming.. and to my knowledge has some pretty
sophisticated midi support behind it.. definite possibility for multi-user
generative sound/visual environment.. only ever scratched the surface
myself.. free for personal/non-commercial development..
interest>www.wildtangent.com
out of interest what were the duo doing>> familiar with both being from
brisbane.. always an interesting performance,,
