what bugs me is that bush's new military plan will go thru without a hitch. im my mind spend all the money you want on intellegence so to help prevent events like this one, but more fusking bombs are not the answer. but there's no politician that will stand in the way now. dammit. and it was starting to fizzle out too.

as far as being in new york city during this whole thing, there was some talk of racism. the middle-eastern folks that own the deli around the corner were getting razzed, but they took down the photos on the wall of some of them holding machine guns in their home lands. there have been no reported incidents of brutality, which is reassuring. doesnt mean its not happening, but atleast not on a physical scale.
