alternative access to hotline software

Hi;
   I tried sending robert the windows version of the hotline client via
email. Unfortunatley my account only supports 5 mb.

    Could one of you upload the software to a server so interested parties
can access with what they have?

( maybe this has already been done, and just needs a reminder posted. . )
