offers no sequencing. 
it's not the best sequencer but there is a sequencing aspect to live that is surprising. you can play one shots and change quantize enough to make your loops sound like one hits too. the only problem is that you can't edit at the same quantize. once you move something in the arrange window it will snap to the bar so you have to play it in. 
great program though. powerful tool really.
i love the on the fly internal record and playback. nobody better to sample than yourself
