Hi Store and Bill. I just wanted to mention that one religion/philosophy
doesn't hold claim to knowledge that is inherenlty universal, and certain
behaviors of individuals subscribing to any one religion/philosophy don't
necessarily reflect the basic tenets thereof, so perhaps the examples
both of you gave of Buddhist monks behaving in ways contrary to the way
"westerners" think they do, unwittingly illustrates what the Tao attempts
to convey?
