There are other life similar to human through out the Universe
that go through the same evolutionary process as you see with
modern man where they encounter environmental destruction.
The Industrial Age, Nuclear Age, Computer Age, Space Age, ect....
The key is developing technology that is beneficial to other life
necessary to survival without destroying the enviromet.
Humans are descendant of apes (human DNA) who have adapted
to their environment and dominate the planet Earth in process
changing the environment.

hahaha.. that is a primitive concept.
Was it "evil" that an asteroid obliterated the dinosaur population
who was eco-friendly?
The Aztec killed 10,000 people in one year because they though it
was necessary to please the Gods.
The best thing to happen to humans is technology, with
technology we can prevent an asteroid from destroying life on
Earth.

Neanderthal man for example was inferior to human and became
"obsolete"
My point above about "life necessary to survival
without destroying the environment."

I believe the government is withholding far more advance
technology because of the fossil fuel industry.

Why is it so bad to have population control, globalization, and
have colonies on other planets like the Moon and Mars?
There is a lot to learn from exploring outer space, discovering life on
other planets, using other planets resources.
