No question, I was more refering to the origins of the structure.  It's hard
to sum up several decades of history in a few sentances.  Also, many of the
other influences were added to bring more people into the fold.  Being a
dictator, ironically enough, requires massive public support.  The body
takes care of all its parts, which creates a practical socialism.  Both
fascism and socialism have an idea of doing things for the common good.  In
many ways fascism is extremely idealistic.  Democracy is much more cynical.
