I'm french(and i don't speak english very well...).

-"Micro-Son" is a litteral translation, perhaps a bit senseless and
consensual...means microscopic sound.
But "bruit micro"/"micro bruit"(right order for french grammar), is pretty
interesting cause "bruit" means "noise", perhaps a little more
affirmative/engaged term.
Some Xenakis readers should say us what he was meaning: noise or sound.

But i must ask the question: Do you think Jazz or Punk as a french
translation ?

In the other hand, i totaly understand some french ones trying to explain
friends and give a name to the music they like and live with, as i do..

az/imachination.
