Hi All,

I'm new to this list. Very happy to have found it. I'm a keen amateur =
(20+ years) musician who enjoys minimal and experimental electronic =
music as well as many other kinds. May I ask:

- Is there an archive of mail anywhere?

And about the mp3 projects ...

- I've very keen to participate - how do I "qualify"?
- How do I know when a project is active?
- Does someone announce themes and rules, etc.?
