among the many options/proposals for the UMTS standard, there will be 
the possibility for the user to decide the quality of voice ...because 
if I accept a lower quality, I can send less data and so I will spend 
less money since in the future the bills will be calculated on the 
amount of sent/received data and not on the amount of time of connections.
