I agree that there should be only one copy.  If there are multiple CDs they 
should each be unique.  I don't think the tracks should be available as mp3s 
either, even on the hotline server.  I like the idea that those who 
contribute may never even get a chance to hear it.  Maybe someone will come 
across it 20 years later.

Also if there is a website I don't think it should track the CD's location 
per-se but just be a place for listeners to post impressions if they desire. 
  It would be like a message in a bottle back to the creators where 
something new may pop up every now and then.
