Ahhhh.... conspicuous consupmtion time is here again. In Holland, they 
say there is a recession. But stopping by the local MediaMarkt and 
seeing the feeding frenzy in action, you know it is just a hype from the 
new, middle-right Christian government to gut the welfare state.

So, let us celebrate an ancient pagan holiday only recently hijacked 
into Christianity, and only even more recently hijacked into 
mega-Capitalism, by indulging in the latest which technology has to 
offer.....
