[microsound] roger sutherland died

Hi all

I just got word that Roger Sutherland died. He was a member of 
Scratch Orchestra and Morphogenesis, aswell as author of "new 
perspectives in sound" book and an abstract expressionist painter. 
Apperentely he died of suicide. Anyone else on the list who knows 
more? best
