EEEK not true! That's the RIAA miracle, take webcasting - the RIAA has
the power to enforce even if you played only non-RIAA label's music!
Yep, that's right, you don't even have to belong to the RIAA to
"benefit" from their services.
They'll enforce for you! So, although the artist isn't being forced
into court themselves, it hardly matters when they can jump in and do it
for you and without your permission! You might not even know it's
happening.
If you don't care, it does matter! The current system of "praying you
don't get sued" could soon be as effective as "praying she doesn't get
pregnant".
