you know something of an idea... here in the DC area for hardcore music 
there is a great site called:

its just a place you can post a show with details and people can look at it 
on their own time.

Maybe something like this would be of use for this list, a sort of 
microsound version of pheer.com? I dont know, it would need someone to 
manage it and update it, might be a good side project for someone with web 
skills, also would be a great place for everyone to post shows globally. I 
dont think anything like this for a genra exists on a level we could make it 
exist on, think of it, maybe its divided into global regions... also would 
be a way to not annoy people with tour dates, people would just know to 
check the listing page to see whats happening and where,

or maybe not.
