ok...lets face it.  plenty (and you know who you are) *performers* use visual stimulis because the audio is boring.  
simple as that.  perhaps if they had more confidence in the audio, they wouldnt try to use all that cheesy grainy 
pixelated visual crap and pretend its interesting.  the reality is that nobody watches those visuals, or listens to 
the artists making the sound to go with it.

i was at an *experimental* festival last year filled with crummy visuals and what i consider dance music that no 
one dances to.  what i realized was this:

-playing to an audience is bullshit.  let them leave if they dont like it.  if your in it for the fame or money, get a 
boob job.

-people dont listen unless you make them.

and frankly, just because you make music on a laptop doesnt make you *experimental*.  experimental is the new 
black.  let it go...
