[microsound] Prebuilt Pitch-bend/Modulation Wheels for custom midi controller

hi,

I only get the microsound digest, but I'm in the processing of putting
together a custom midi controller and I'm searching for control wheels
similar to your typical keyboard pitch bend or modulation wheel(possibly
ones with 10k pots already installed). Could anyone recommend an electronics
supplier? I've searched digikey and mouser, but it doesn't look like they
sell such a thing. I'm also interested in other prebuilt controls (foot
pedal or joystick type)..

any recommendations greatly appreciated!
