There is of course also still the 365 days project up on ubuweb...

For one year "enthusiasts" (for lack of better term) posted a piece of
"outsider music" every day... some really genius things done by what
could be called outsiders, but a lot of it is actually rather music for
commercials, religious recordings, etc...
