You know I find it interesting how music which is unfamiliar or avant-
garde seems to immediately be tagged as 'intelligent', implying that
it doesn't qualify as visceral or emotionally powerful, when plenty
of the music very obviously does. Makes me wonder if the people who
make 'intelligent' music are the ones who actually do go out and
enjoy the air and sounds of the world instead of the TV and radio...
