[microsound] London project

in the same spirit as last year's Madrid project I am proposing a new 
project dedicated to the people who lost their lives in the bombing 
that took place in London yesterday.  Political statements are welcome!
We can now use the Hotline server again for depositing sound files -- 
it seems to have been fixed by Eric.
Caveat: I am out of town until next Tuesday so I cannot assign pswd's 
until then. Maybe people can start creating pieces in the meantime. Any 
web page designers out there want to lend a hand in putting together a 
page and graphics for the project?
