thanks for the answers everyone : )

i have max and prefer that, OSC will be the way then as I don't know 
python and I don't know flash (yet). the server won't be a problem, it 
has max installed too.
how can I implement OSC in a website? or is it really necessary for the 
other person to have max - In that case I'll have to learn flash then. 
is it hard?
can latency be reduced to say about 20ms either in osc or flash?

I know, my project is inspired on yours 8 )
it's also a radioconcept, but more interactively and well, the rest 
will depends a bit on what is possible.
compliments btw, it's quite nice...
