[microsound] stockhausen RIP

I knew Stockhausen for over 20 years, and worked in the Stockhausen Verlag
for 3 years. He could be the nicest guy - put me up for a month while I
looked for and apartment - also the biggest jerk. He wrote a lot of great
music, and some not so great. I'm glad to have known him.
