I'm distressed that that's what you understood after reading my messages.
In the future I'll do my best to be as clear as possible.

If you would rather code your audio apps in C++, by all means go to it!  You
guys are right, C can do anything Max can do.  Unfortunately my programming
chops aren't up to par with the likes of David Z, JKC, jhno and Adam, so I
prefer to use the "programming lifestyle" that they've designed.  Call me
lazy if you want... but don't knock it 'til you've tried it.
